A New Financials View and a Few Feedback-Driven Enhancements
What’s New?
A new Financials page was added to Bloomfilter! We will be progressively building out functionality over the next couple of months. It starts with:
A CSV upload option was added to the Integrations settings. Users are now able to download a spreadsheet template, and then upload their blended hourly rate, per project. This rate will be used to drive the cost breakdowns provided in the Financials section.
Within Integrations, users now see an option to download and upload an .xls file for their blended rate, per project.
The first data visual introduced for Financials - Division of Cost, which shows the share of each type of project. We’ve also included a legend to help users appreciate the definition and dollar value for each project type.
The new Financials page displays Division of Cost metrics.
Enhancements
Bloomfilter is now prioritizing functional feedback from the Early Adopter Program! This essential feedback/data will build a better Bloomfilter by introducing more scenarios and edge cases to stretch our algorithmic capabilities.
We’ve updated the logo to reflect that a beta version is officially underway! We look forward to new customers working with us in this phase of Bloomfilter through our Early Adopter Program.
Updated navigation UX including new icons and expand/collapse functionality.
Navigation enhancements
Removed the project limit for a user integrating with a Jira instance.
Project health algorithm now more accurately displays the effects of over-commitment in sprints when compared to historical performance.
We improved the service that analyzes issues that are not clearly associated with a specific sprint so that items in the backlog of a sprint board are not automatically included in the evaluation of the current sprint.
Fixes
Fixed a bug that caused projects with thousands of tasks to timeout.
Fixed a bug that overstated the average work item age.
Fixed a bug that overwrote project scoring to numerical vs letter grading.
We’ve previously talked about our Burn Confidence band, which measures team performance as compared to expectations in a static representation. However, the development lifecycle is constantly changing and requires teams to respond dynamically. We are excited to announce that our latest update to the Burn Confidence Band transforms the band into a dynamic forecasting tool based on a rolling sequence of burn data from past sprints.

In Sprint 22, two key features are in User Acceptance Testing (UAT): a new Summary page as the app home screen and an update to our frequently used feature, Sprint Performance.
